WHO I HELP
Supporting you through all stages of your life…
No matter what stage in life you’re at, my integrative approach can be useful in helping you reach your goals. Our sessions are a safe space where your experiences are heard and validated, and where each challenge is met with empathy, understanding and practical, evidence-based solutions. Regardless of age, the clients I work best with are ones who are motivated and desire change. They tend to be anxious, perfectionists and overachievers who are ready to excel in therapy as well. The goal of our work is to help you build confidence to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs, transforming adversity into opportunities for personal growth and fulfillment.
Adults— from inauthenticity to unlocking your fullest potential
Adulting is hard—it’s a constant balancing act of personal and professional responsibilities…pursuit of success and happiness…all while silencing that inner critic riddled with self-doubt, perfectionism and imposter syndrome. Together, we will explore these complex dynamics and learn how to let go of all that pressure you place on yourself. You’ll practice acceptance of being “good enough,” alter that negative self-talk, and learn importance of self-compassion. In doing so, you can prevent (or reduce) feelings of burnout and improve your overall well-being.
We’ll explore the underlying causes of your drive for perfection and the need to overachieve diving into the “why” behind it all. With our work, you can leave the fear behind of not being good enough and finally find a sense of peace. Book a consult call now to learn more.

Young Adults— Helping you on your path to independence and self-discovery
This time period is so unique and quite daunting. You’re on a quest for self-identity, exploring questions related to values, beliefs and purpose in life. There’s a sense of freedom (you’re not confined to your parent’s home and that ridiculous high school schedule). Your 20s are filled with experimentation but also feelings of instability. Uncertainty about the future and frequent life changes contribute to the instability feeling. There are so many challenges to face: figuring out career paths, managing relationships, and seeking a sense of belonging in an ever-changing world.
Our focus is not just on the challenges themselves but on the underlying feelings of being lost…this in-between feeling….not a teen but haven’t yet embraced adult responsibilities.
Together, we explore the anxieties surrounding career choices, pressures of the job market, or navigating romantic relationships. We work on understanding how these experiences are shaping your sense of self and your place in the world. It’s your time to prioritize your own goals and aspirations. Tweens & Teens — navigating the challenges of adolescence with confidence and resilience
Let’s be real, nowadays teens have insane schedules. If being a full-time student wasn’t enough then the hours of homework on top of clubs/extracurricular activities can be overwhelming. Now add studying/prep work for college applications, standardized testing (cause optional really means still mandatory for all the competitive schools). And social life. It’s a lot. So why are we surprised teen anxiety has skyrocketed?
Adolescence is a period of profound change and growth. Between all your responsibilities, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure of yourself. And due to social media, it’s hard to navigate those internal struggles along with the outside noise.
Parents, I provide tailored treatment to the unique challenges teens face. The goal is to help them feel ready to face the future with confidence and optimism. This includes providing safe space for exploratory work and development of skills that help them manage social media, peer pressure, and any other challenge thrown their way. Parents — supporting and empowering you through life’s hardest journey
Parenting is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences one can have. It’s a love that’s indescribable and a challenge that at times feels insurmountable. You’re typically in a constant state of anxiety (how could you not be…your actual heart is walking outside of your chest). Parenting requires constant learning, adjustments, and self-reflection. Together, I help empower you with insights and tools to create a nurturing and positive environment for your children.
The first part is understanding how your own behaviors, emotions, and experiences directly impact their children’s development and well-being. Next is learning about your child’s emotional or behavioral difficulties. Finally, you will learn strategies for managing those difficult behaviors as well as strategies to help regulate your own emotions.
We work together on developing empathy (for you and your child), communication skills, and stronger connections within the family. This approach not only addresses the immediate behavioral concerns but also lays the groundwork for long term emotional health. Let’s connect now to discuss more!

Couples — providing tools & insights to navigate challenges and create more fulfilling relationship
Relationships are no joke. Life can already be hard enough and navigating it with another person (with their own experiences, traumas, fears and insecurities) can be really tough especially when life transitions like having children, relocating, work stress/financial difficulties or dealing with a loss can place significant stress on relationships. Unfortunately, most of us don’t have the best role models for healthy relationships or we’re bombarded by media’s portrayal of relationships (idealizing unhealthy relationships, creating unrealistic expectations, normalizing abuse, etc). It’s hard to know what’s right or wrong and have a safe sounding board for it all.
Couples therapy teaches how to listen to each other more effectively and express your feelings in a way that fosters understanding, rather than defensiveness. Therapy can help couples strengthen your emotional connection by providing your partner with empathy and validation even when there’s disagreements. You and your partner will address underlying issues—such as unmet needs, insecurities, or past traumas—that may be influencing your couple's dynamic. Whether the goal is to repair a troubled relationship or simply strengthen a healthy one, therapy can be a powerful tool for growth and improvement. Book a consult call now to learn more.
